本文通过采用BTC外加剂对不同品种水泥净浆和砂浆流动度的影响进行试验研究,以探明BTC对不同厂家胶凝材料的适应性,同时试验就不同强度等级混凝土、不同类型细骨料与BTC外加剂配合使用后对混凝土工作性能及力学性能的影响进行深入研究,以形成BTC外加剂的可行性应用论证。试验结果表明:采用BTC外加剂后能有效改善水泥净浆、砂浆的初始流动度及流动度损失情况;同时采用BTC外加剂与中砂配合使用后不仅能有效降低胶凝材料用量,而且能提高混凝土各项性能,优化生产成本。
In this paper, the effect of BTC admixture on the fluidity of different types of cement paste and mortar was studied to find out the adaptability of BTC to different manufacturers of cementitious materials. At the same time, the experiments were carried out with different strength grades of concrete, different types of fine aggregate BTC admixture with the use of concrete working performance and mechanical properties of the impact of in-depth study to form the feasibility of BTC admixture application demonstration. The experimental results show that the use of BTC admixture can effectively improve the initial fluidity and fluidity loss of cement paste and mortar. The use of BTC admixture with medium sand not only can effectively reduce the amount of cementitious material, but also can improve Concrete performance, optimize production costs.
