本研究在体外实验条件下,测定了乌龙茶水等12种茶样对黄曲霉毒素 B_1(AFB_1)-DNA加合物生成的影响。结果表明,受试样品在高浓度下均有明显抑制AFB_1-DNA加合物生成的作用,随着浓度下降,抑制作用亦随之降低,有明显的剂量-反应关系。本实验结果提示,茶叶对AFB_1的致癌性可能具有一定的抑制作用。
In this study, the effects of 12 tea samples including oolong tea and water on the production of aflatoxin B 1 (AFB 1) -DNA adducts were tested in vitro. The results showed that the tested samples could obviously inhibit the formation of AFB 1 -DNA adduct at high concentration. With the decrease of concentration, the inhibitory effect of AFB 1 -DNA adduct decreased with the dose-response relationship obviously. The results of this experiment suggest that tea may have a certain inhibitory effect on the carcinogenicity of AFB_1.
