水泥稳定碎石底基层是路面结构层的主要受力承重层,水泥稳定碎石的配合比设计主要根据7d饱水无侧限强度来确定水泥剂量及集料比例。笔者结合湖南省宁(远)-道(县)高速公路实体工程,拟定了3种不同的配合比,在同样的条件下进行了室内试验,探讨了骨架密实结构的级配与悬浮密实级配两种不同级配类型的水泥稳定碎石底基层的强度和收缩性能,研究表明:骨架密实结构更能发挥集料的嵌挤作用,为主体工程的施工提供理论依据。
The cement stabilized macadam basement is the main bearing layer of the pavement structure layer. The mix design of the cement stabilized macadam mainly determines the cement dosage and aggregates proportion based on the unconfined strength at 7 days. Based on the physical engineering of Hunan (far) -dao (county) expressway in Hunan Province, the author has formulated three different mix ratios and carried out laboratory tests under the same conditions to discuss the gradation and suspension dense gradation The strength and shrinkage of two types of cement stabilized macadam basement with different gradation types are studied. The results show that the compact structure of the skeleton can exert the embedding action of aggregates and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the main project.
