我院采用PCR技术,对在我院住院手术的部分子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者的人类白细胞抗原Ⅰ类基因座位进行检测,结果表明Ⅰ类白细胞抗原A_3频率明显高于正常对照组,有显著性差异,此项研究表明白细胞抗原A_3可能与EM的发病有关,或者认为具有A_3白细胞抗原的女性发生EM的风险高,而EM的发病可能是由于免疫遗传基因A_3导致机体对子宫内膜抗原有较强的免疫反应能力,免疫抑制低下而造成的子宫内膜异位生长、浸润甚至功能障碍。通过我院对EM患者T淋巴细胞到免疫遗传基因的检测,均提示EM患者属于自身免疫性疾病,与部分国内外学者的报道是一致的。
