以乔化普通型梨单系‘141’为对照,对紧凑型梨单系S_1、S_6、S_4和S_5的生长、解剖和生化特性进行了研究。发现四年生的S_1和S_6树高只有111.2厘米和129.2厘米,相当乔化型树高的32.3%和37.6%;S_4 和S_5 的树高分别为155.8厘米和180.8厘米,为乔化型的45.3%和52.6%。紧凑型梨的枝条显著较乔化型短和粗,节间也较短。 与乔化型相比较,四个紧凑型梨单系的叶片明显增厚,每平方毫米的气孔数也少,枝条木质部导管显著大于乔化型。 叶片脱落酸、淀粉及花青甙含量测定结果表明,所有的紧凑型梨均较乔化型高,ABA含量为乔化型的1.20~2.81倍,淀粉为1.89~3.89倍,花青甙为1.12~2.89倍。
The growth, anatomy and biochemical characteristics of S_1, S_6, S_4 and S_5 were studied with the single line 141 of pear variety Qiaohua. The results showed that the tree height of S_4 and S_6 was only 111.2 cm and 129.2 cm, accounting for 32.3% and 37.6% of the tree height of four-year-olds. The tree heights of S_4 and S_5 were 155.8 cm and 180.8 cm respectively, which were 45.3% And 52.6%. The branches of the compact pear were significantly shorter and coarser than the taller and shorter internodes. Compared with the Qiao pattern, the leaves of the four compact pears were significantly thicker with fewer stomata per square millimeter, and the branches of the xylem were significantly larger than the Qiao pattern. The results of abscisic acid, starch and anthocyanin content showed that all the compact pears were higher than that of Qiaohua, ABA content was 1.20 ~ 2.81 times that of Qiao pattern, starch was 1.89 ~ 3.89 times, and anthocyanin was 1.12 ~ 2.89 times.
