本文认为,家族规模的急剧萎缩并不会从根本上动家族企业在中国的发展前途。家族企业将通过对外部经理人的家族化演变来弥补家族内成员管理能力的不足,在保证家族企业制度形式的前提下有效整合资源与能力。在这一过程中,家族企业与外部经理人进行利益与信任、绩效与忠诚的交换,同时家族企业也将根据竞争优势和成长期望的要求进行制度上的自调适。
This paper argues that the rapid decline of the family size does not fundamentally promote the development of family businesses in China. Family businesses will make up for lack of management ability of family members through family-based evolution of external managers, and effectively integrate resources and capabilities under the premise of ensuring the family-run business system. In this process, family businesses and external managers exchange interests and trust, performance and loyalty, while family-owned enterprises will also make institutional self-adaptation according to the requirements of competitive advantage and growth expectation.
