通过分析非圆曲线类零件数控车削技术编程方法,针对复杂非圆曲线斜椭圆、斜双曲线和斜抛物线数控车削编程中存在的技术难题,利用NC二次曲线创建和三维建模功能完成复杂非圆曲线零件的建模,并研究了复杂非圆曲线零件在UG CAM软件中自动生成NC程序的数控车削技术方法,结合实际的数控机床编制了FANUC OI数控系统后置处理器实现了NC程序的生成,最后通过概括了在FANUC OI数控系统下由CF卡向数控机床传输NC程序的方法,实现了复杂非圆曲线零件的数控车削加工。
