新兴的电信诈骗犯罪日趋猖獗,给人民群众造成了巨大的财产损失,严重扰乱了社会秩序。本文试图结合我国台湾地区警方侦查电信诈骗案件的经验与广州警方侦查、打击电信诈骗犯罪案件的实践,探索防控、侦查、打击电信诈骗犯罪之最佳时机。 Emerging telecommunications fraud crime is rampant, causing huge property losses to the people, seriously disturbing social order. This article attempts to combine the experience of police investigating the cases of telecommunications fraud in Taiwan with the practice of Guangzhou police investigating and cracking down the criminal cases of telecommunications fraud and exploring the best time to prevent, control, detect and combat the crime of telecommunications fraud.
