中学生正处在发展阶段,可塑性很强,每位学生都渴望被表扬、赏识、成功。但由于每个学生的家庭、环境、个性、兴趣以及爱好的不同,就会表现出学习成绩、行为习惯和思想品质的差异。作为教师,怎样求同存异,使每一个学生都进步发展。二十多年的教育生涯,使我认识到,每个学生都有赏识点,只要适时抓住时机,充分利用表扬赏识这个法宝,为学生点赞,就会以最廉价的方式收获最丰硕的果实。
Middle school students are in the development stage, plasticity is very strong, each student eager to be praised, appreciated, successful. However, each student’s family, environment, personality, interests and hobbies, will show differences in academic performance, behavior and ideological quality. As a teacher, how to seek common ground while putting aside differences so that every student can make progress. Over twenty years of educational career, I realized that every student has a sense of appreciation, as long as the timely grasp of the opportunity to make full use of this magic reward recognition, praise for students, will be the cheapest way to harvest the most abundant fruit.
