利用微波技术具有操作简便、清洁、高效、安全及靶向性等特性,分别采用微波辅助合成和常规水浴法,以甲基烯基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体合成梳状聚羧酸减水剂。通过实验,研究了微波加热对减水剂表征及性能的影响,结果表明,微波辅助合成的方法有效提高了聚合反应的转化率,可更好地控制反应进程,并对新拌浆体絮凝结构拥有更好的吸附-分散性能。
