本文根据高炉在冶炼强度提高时,整个高炉纵截面的煤气流分布趋向均匀化的实际情况,对无料钟炉顶布料制度的数学模型进行了研究,较为详细地分析了炉料在炉喉料面上分布与等高度布料之间的机理关系,认为无料钟炉顶采用倾角跳变布料制和螺旋布料制是可以近似实现等高度布料、使煤气流趋向均匀分布的一种重要的手段。本文推导和建立了三种等高度布料时炉料在炉喉料面上落料轨迹的数学模型(倾角跳变布料一种、螺旋布料二种)和有关数据,对开发无料钟炉顶布料技术有一定的指导意义。
Based on the fact that the distribution of coal gas flow in the longitudinal section of the blast furnace tends to be uniform when the smelting strength is increased, the mathematic model of the material system of the bell-less roof is studied in detail. It is considered that the use of dip-hopping cloth system and spiral cloth system to realize the uniform distribution of cloths and the uniform distribution of gas flow can be achieved. In this paper, we deduced and established three mathematic models (one kind of dip-hopping cloth and two kinds of spiral cloth) of blanking trajectories on the surface of the furnace throat when three kinds of fabrics are at the same height, and the related data.
