采用细乳液两步法制备PSA(压敏胶)用松香衍生物包覆的核/壳型丙烯酸酯乳液。着重探讨了细乳液的聚合条件、氢化松香二甘醇酯(HR-DGE)掺量等对乳液及其PSA性能的影响。研究结果表明:PSA用乳液的最佳聚合条件是w(HR-DGE)=5%、w(APS)=0.8%(均相对于单体总质量而言)、保温时间为2~3 h和保温温度为85℃,此时单体转化率相对最高(>95%);当w(HR-DGE)=4%时,PSA的初粘力和持粘力俱佳;随着HR-DGE掺量的增加,PSA用乳液对BOPP薄膜的润湿性增大、相对分子质量(Mr)下降、Mr分布变窄和玻璃化转变温度(Tg)呈先降后升态势,并且PSA的初粘力略有升高、持粘力明显下降。
Preparation of PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) Core / Shell Acrylate Emulsion coated with Rosin Derivatives Using a Miniemulsion Two-Step Method. The polymerization conditions of miniemulsion, the content of hydrogenated rosin diethylene glycol ester (HR-DGE), etc. on the properties of emulsion and its PSA were discussed emphatically.
