以木荷木屑为主的代料为培养基,将筛选出来的香菇杂交菌株139个及其亲本以及对照菌株7402,进行出菇试验和性状比较,复筛和鉴别出63F为强优势杂交菌株之一。63F在产量、季节性、抗逆性等方面均超过双亲——靖野和7917以及常规品种7402。63F的平均单产为每平方尺1789.5克,较7402增产34.1%。杂交品种63F已形成一个具有商品价值与生产实用价值的新品种,定名为85-63F。
The results showed that 63F was the predominant hybridized strain, which was made from Schisandra chinensis seed as the medium and 139 selected from the crossbred mushroom strains and their parents as well as the control strain 7402. one. The average yield of 63F over that of its parents, Jingye 7917 and conventional 7402.63F in terms of yield, seasonality and stress resistance was 1789.5 grams per square foot, an increase of 34.1% over 7402. Hybrid 63F has formed a new variety with commercial value and practical value, named as 85-63F.
