目的 :从海洋生物总合草苔虫、棕色扁海绵及丰头皮海绵中寻找发现新的抗肿瘤活性成分。 方法 :采用活性跟踪方法 ,应用多种层析分离技术追踪分离活性单体 ,并以光谱技术确定化合物结构 ,MTT法进行抗肿瘤活性筛选。 结果 :从总合草苔虫中分离鉴定了 9个化合物 ,均表现出极强的抗肿瘤活性 ;从棕色扁海绵中分离得到 10个化合物 ,鉴定出其中 6个化合物的化学结构 ,其中化合物 和 具有免疫抑制活性 ,对人工诱导的大鼠关节炎有效 ;从丰头皮海绵中分离得到 3 0个化合物 ,鉴定出 14个化合物的化学结构 ,其中化合物 具有抗肿瘤活性。 结论 :我国南海生长的总合草苔虫、棕色扁海绵和丰头皮海绵资源丰富 ,从中分离得到的单体显示出不同的抗肿瘤活性 ,对这些活性成分的研究为今后药用资源的开发和新药研究奠定了基础
Objective : To find new anti-tumor active ingredients from marine organisms including grass weeds, brown flat sponges and sponges. Methods : The active tracking method was used to trace the separation of active monomers using a variety of chromatographic separation techniques. The compound structure was determined by spectroscopic techniques and the antitumor activity was screened by MTT assay. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated and identified from the total weed moss, all exhibiting strong anti-tumor activity; 10 compounds were isolated from the brown flat sponge and the chemical structures of 6 compounds were identified. With immunosuppressive activity, it is effective for artificially induced arthritis in rats; 30 compounds were isolated from the sponge of scalp, and the chemical structures of 14 compounds were identified, among which compounds have anti-tumor activity. Conclusion: The total combined grass weeds, brown flat sponges and abundant scalp sponges that grow in the South China Sea are rich in resources, and the monomers isolated from them show different anti-tumor activities. The study of these active ingredients will be used for the development of medicinal resources in the future. New drug research laid the foundation
