随着葡萄生产的不断发展,其贮藏工作日益显得重要,目前鲜食品种上较耐贮的有巨峰、藤稔、红提、红宝石等中晚熟品种。根据不同品种立地条件,葡萄贮藏最适宜的温度在0~2℃之间,波动温差在1℃内,相对湿度90%~95%。除品种和其固定的温、湿条件外,还应注意以下几个方面,以提高葡萄耐贮性。
