目的:比较布洛芬和独一味对大鼠正畸牙牙根吸收的作用。方法:32只Wistar大鼠建立正畸牙移动根吸收的动物模型,100g初始力值加载于大鼠右侧上颌中切牙与第一磨牙之间,随机分为生理盐水组、布洛芬组、独一味组。应用图像分析系统测量牙根吸收陷窝的数目、长度、深度;应用抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(Trap)染色对牙槽骨、牙根表面分区进行破骨细胞计数;扫描电镜观察牙根表面吸收状态。结果:布洛芬和独一味降低了牙根吸收长度指数、吸收陷窝的平均长度和深度,并且减少了破骨细胞的数量,但是二者的作用差别没有显著性。结论:布洛芬和藏药独一味对大鼠正畸性牙根吸收有抑制作用。
Objective: To compare the effect of ibuprofen and monosodium glutamate on root resorption in rat orthodontic tooth. Methods: Thirty-two Wistar rats were established animal models of root resorption by orthodontic tooth movement. The initial force of 100 g was loaded between the right maxillary central incisor and the first molar in rats and randomly divided into normal saline group, ibuprofen group , Unique flavor group. The number, length and depth of root resorption lacunae were measured by image analysis system. The numbers of osteoclasts in alveolar bone and root surface were counted by tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (Trap) staining, and the absorption state of root surface was observed by scanning electron microscope. Results: Ibuprofen and monosodium glutamate reduced root resorption length index, absorbed lacunar average length and depth, and decreased the number of osteoclasts, but the difference was not significant. Conclusion: Ibuprofen and Tibetan medicine alone can inhibit root resorption of orthodontic rats.
