本实验对近期未接触有害物质,无病毒感染史,居住同一地区的健康吸烟者和不吸烟者的SCE与染色体畸变频率进行了观察。发现二者的SCE频率有非常显著的差异(P<0.001),而染色体畸变则无统计学差异(P<0.5)。并分析了吸烟时间的长短与SCE和染色体畸变之间的关系。对吸烟的致癌因素也进行了讨论。
In this experiment, we observed the frequency of SCE and chromosomal aberrations in healthy smokers and non-smokers who were not exposed to harmful substances, no virus infection, and living in the same area. There was a significant difference in SCE frequency between the two groups (P <0.001), but no significant difference in chromosomal aberrations (P <0.5). The relationship between smoking duration and SCE and chromosomal aberrations was analyzed. The carcinogenic factors of smoking were also discussed.
