随着国内社会保险制度的不断完善,传统事业单位的社会保险制度已经不能再适应当今时代对社会保险制度的要求。我国事业单位的社保进程相对滞后于企业单位的社保工作,不仅对事业单位的进步产生了较为负面的影响,而且还对国内的社保工作的进程产生了较为严重的制约作用。本文对目前事业单位社保工作中存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础上,结合笔者自身的实践经验,对如何对事业单位的社保工作进行优化提出几点建议。
With the continuous improvement of the domestic social insurance system, the social insurance system of the traditional public institutions can no longer meet the requirements of the social insurance system in the modern era. The social security progress of our institutions is relatively lagging behind the social security work of enterprises. This not only has a negative impact on the progress of institutions, but also has a more severe restriction on the progress of social security work in China. This article analyzes the existing problems in the social security work of public institutions, and on this basis, combined with the author’s own practical experience, puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the social security work of public institutions.
