建立了固相萃取柱净化-高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器,测定食品中19种防腐保鲜剂的方法。样品经甲醇提取,通过C18固相萃取柱净化,以C18反相色谱柱为分离柱,0.02 mo L/L乙酸铵和甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱程序进行高效液相色谱分离和检测。方法的相对标准偏差为6.34%~15.7%,回收率为57.07%~83.15%,其相关系数r≥0.990 3,具有较高的准确度和精密度。该方法简单、快速,适用于食品中防腐杀菌剂的检测。
A method for determination of 19 preservatives in food by solid phase extraction column purification and high performance liquid chromatographic diode array detector was established. Samples were extracted with methanol, purified by C18 solid phase extraction column, separated on a C18 reversed-phase column and eluted with 0.02 mol L / L ammonium acetate and methanol. The gradient elution program was used for HPLC separation and detection. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 6.34% ~ 15.7%. The recoveries ranged from 57.07% to 83.15%. The correlation coefficients were r≥0.9903, with high accuracy and precision. The method is simple and rapid, suitable for the detection of preservatives and fungicides in foods.
