基因工程实验课是生物科学、生物技术、农学、动物科学和生物工程等专业的重要实验课之一,实验内容丰富多彩,涉及的技术多而广,贴近生产实际,实用性很强.本综述从教师结合自身的科研对基因工程实验教学的授课内容、课堂教学方法、学生成绩考核评估等方面进行了探索式的改革,通过近3年来的实践,该项改革不仅大大激发了学生对该门课程的学习积极性和主动性,对学生的创新意识、科学思维和实践能力的培养起到抛砖引玉的作用,而且有利于学生分析问题和解决实际问题能力的锻炼和培养,本项改革更有利于学生对所学知识的理解和掌握.“,”Genetic engineering is one of the important experimental classes of biological science,biotechnology,agronomy,animal science and bio-engineering specialty.Experimental content is rich,and involving technology is numerous and extensive.It is close to the actual production,and it is also very practical.The authors explored the genetic engineering experiment teaching reforms in course content,teaching methods and examination and evaluation of student achievement by combining with teacher's research.Through the practice of the past three years,the reform greatly stimulates the students' learning enthusiasm and initiative.It fosters awareness of innovation,scientific thinking and practical ability to student.It is useful to exercise and train the students' ability of analyze and solve practical problems.The reforms are more conducive to understand and grasp what the students have learned.
