针对BSG(Belt Driven Starter Generator)系统中MOSFET的并联均流问题展开研究。分析了影响MOSFET并联均流的因素,并通过Pspice软件对各参数进行了仿真分析。根据仿真结果搭建了试验电路,实验结果验证了仿真分析的正确性。最后给出了并联均流的措施,并应用到1.5kW、12VDC的BSG系统中。
Aiming at the parallel current-sharing of MOSFET in the BSG (Belt Driven Starter Generator) system, The factors influencing MOSFET parallel current sharing are analyzed, and the parameters of each MOSFET are analyzed by Pspice software. According to the simulation results, a test circuit is built. The experimental results verify the correctness of the simulation analysis. Finally, the measures of parallel current sharing are given and applied to 1.5GW, 12VDC BSG system.
