研究了铸造热压稀土Pr Fe B Cu系永磁合金的组织和性能。结果表明采用较大冷速的锭模可以获得细小的、取向好的柱状晶组织。采用固溶热处理可以去除软磁相α Fe ;进行热压变形可产生各向异性 ,获得 (0 0 6 )织构。高温时发生再结晶 ,可细化晶粒 ,获得尺寸小于 8μm的细小晶粒。由于产生各向异性并细化晶粒 ,因而大大提高磁性能。在形变温度为 10 73K ,形变量为 99% ,形变速度为 4 0× 10 - 3/s的工艺下 ,磁性能为 :Br=1.0 5T ,iHc=95 5kA·m- 1,(BH) max=2 0 7kJ·m- 3。铸造热压工艺简单 ,成本较低 ,因而显著提高了经济效益。
The microstructure and properties of the as-cast hot-pressed PrFeB Cu permanent magnet alloys were investigated. The results show that the use of larger cooling rate of ingot mold can be fine, well-oriented columnar crystalline structure. The use of solution heat treatment can remove the soft magnetic phase α Fe; hot deformation can produce anisotropy, to obtain (0 0 6) texture. Recrystallization occurs at high temperature, can be refined grains, to obtain the size of less than 8μm fine grains. Due to anisotropy and grain refinement, thus greatly improving the magnetic properties. The magnetic properties were as follows: Br = 1.05T, iHc = 955kA · m-1, (BH) max at the deformation temperature of 1073K, the deformation of 99% and the deformation speed of 40 × 10-3 / s = 2 0 7kJ · m-3. Casting hot pressing process is simple, lower cost, thus significantly improving economic efficiency.
