韦尼克脑病(Wernick’s encephalopathy,WE)是一种可由多种原因引起的代谢性脑病,也是一种VitB_1缺乏所致的急症。部分妊娠频繁呕吐病人,可发生此综合征,通过补充VitB_1治疗,疗效明显。本文就12例住院病例结合文献分析如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:12例年龄25～32岁(平均27岁)。首次妊娠9例,2次妊娠3例,城市4例,农村8例。 1.2 临床表现:出现频繁呕吐平均时间为停经后8周,持续呕吐2～6周。表现眼球水平震颤8例,视物模糊6例,双眼球不能外展3例,双眼球下视障碍、构音不清和吞咽困难各2例。情感淡漠10例,嗜睡或神志模糊3例,记忆力和定向力下降6例。行走不稳12例,四肢麻木3例,耳鸣或听力下降6例。四肢肌力均正常,双侧巴彬氏征全部阴性。脑电图示轻～中度异常11例。CT或MRI检查10例,CT示中脑低密度影1例,MR12例示中脑和脑
Wernick’s encephalopathy (WE) is a metabolic encephalopathy that can be caused by a variety of causes and is an emergency caused by a deficiency of VitB_1. Some pregnant patients with frequent vomiting, can occur in this syndrome, VitB_1 by treatment, the effect is obvious. In this paper, 12 cases of inpatients combined with the literature as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: 12 patients aged 25 to 32 years (mean 27 years old). 9 cases of first pregnancy, 2 cases of pregnancy in 3 cases, 4 cases in urban and 8 cases in rural areas. 1.2 Clinical manifestations: frequent vomiting appeared on average for 8 weeks after menopause, sustained vomiting 2 to 6 weeks. The performance of the tremor in the eye level in 8 cases, blurred vision in 6 cases, bilateral eyeball can not be outreach in 3 cases, binocular ball visual impairment, dysarthria and dysphagia in 2 cases. Emotional indifference in 10 cases, drowsiness or delirium in 3 cases, memory and orientation decreased in 6 cases. Stable walking in 12 cases, limbs numbness in 3 cases, tinnitus or hearing loss in 6 cases. Limb muscle strength are normal, bilateral Papin’s sign all negative. EEG showed mild to moderate abnormalities in 11 cases. CT or MRI examination in 10 cases, CT showed midbrain in 1 case of low density, MR12 showed midbrain and brain
