高职学生是大学生的一个特殊群体,具有其独特的心理特点,其中30%左右有着不同程度的心理问题。对高职学生的心理压力及其释放的研究,有利于高职心理健康教育工作的开展。
Vocational students are a special group of college students, with their unique psychological characteristics, of which about 30% have different degrees of psychological problems. The study of psychological pressure and release of higher vocational students is conducive to higher vocational mental health education.
