日本日立公司改进荫罩板加工工艺过程的一种方法如下:在荫罩板朝着荧光屏的一面先涂一层透明层,再涂一层光敏层。通过荫罩板上的小孔对光敏层曝光,以形成小孔,其直径比荫罩板上的小孔直径小。然后涂一层不透光的材料,并将成象部分除去。用这样的装置在荧光屏上沉积比荫罩板上小孔的直径小的磷光体点。最后把荫罩板上的涂层都除去,恢复原状。光敏层可用粘性聚氯乙烯,这种聚氯乙烯在曝光后失去粘性,
