浇筑式沥青混合料广泛应用于钢桥面铺装中,但影响混合料施工流动性与高温稳定性的因素尚未完全明确,值得进一步研究。试验中改变拌和条件与材料,测定混合料的施工流动性与热稳定性,分析以上改变造成的影响,并得出最佳拌和条件组合。试验与分析结果表明:在一定范围内,混合料性能随拌和温度、时间提高而上升,将拌和温度定为220℃,拌和时间定为40 min是较为合理的;矿粉的粒径增加将提高混合料的流动性,但降低混合料热稳定性;沥青黏度的变化对浇筑式沥青混凝土有双重的影响,一方面沥青黏度的降低有利于提高混合料的流动性,但另一方面沥青黏度的降低将导致混合料热稳定性的下降。
Pouring asphalt mixture is widely used in steel bridge deck pavement, but the factors influencing the fluidity and high temperature stability of mixture construction are not yet completely clear and worthy of further study.
