随着我国加入WTO、世界经济一体化和市场竞争多元化的发展 ,对我国寿险业又提出了新的要求。国内寿险公司迎接挑战和应对竞争首先要解决的是生存问题。没有生存 ,就谈不到发展和成长。无论是传统行业还是朝阳行业 ,竞争的焦点是看谁能够比别人生存的好、发展的好 ,这是任何一个企业发展的基础 ,也是核心竞争力所追求的目标。国内寿险公司打造核心竞争力的路径有 :构建个人代理、兼业代理和团体销售三大营销体系 ;提高经营“态度”的能力 ;提高经营“智慧”的能力 ;提高经营“变化”的能力 ;提高经营“意志”的能力 ;提高经营“沟通”的能力 ;提高经营“加减乘除”的能力。
