放疗引起的视神经病变(radiation induced optic neuropathy,RION)由视神经或视交叉受到过量照射引起,是鼻咽癌放疗需尽力避免的并发症。其受到多种因素的影响,放疗的实现方式、剂量分割方式、化疗的使用、并发其他疾病等都影响RION的发生发展,但目前对治疗后RION的潜伏期、引起并发症的阈值剂量、视神经及视交叉的体积剂量效应等缺乏系统详尽的研究。文章对鼻咽癌治疗后RION的研究现状进行综述。
Radiation-induced optic neuropathy (RION) is caused by excessive irradiation of the optic nerve or optic chiasm, which is a complication of radiotherapy for NPC. It is affected by many factors, such as the radiation dose, the way of radiation, the use of chemotherapy, the concurrent use of chemotherapy, and other diseases all affect the development of RION. However, the latency of RION, the threshold dose of complications, Volume-dose effects of optic chiasm, etc. lack systematic and exhaustive research. The article reviews the research status of RION after the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
