OBE教育模式是一种基于学生“产出要求”的新教育理念.其核心是从学生的未来工作需要出发设定教育的目标,然后反向设计课程体系和评价方式.我们将这种教育理念运用到经济管理类专业的人才培养方案中,并对《统计学》课程进行教学设计.根据学生的专业需要重新设置专业人培方案,进而重新构建了课程教学目标,依据目标确定课程知识单元,并最终建立起一个以行为评价为特点的教学效果评价反馈机制.本文主要探究了OBE教育模式的内涵、统计学课程的特点及教学现状、OBE教育模式下统计学课程教学设计等具体教学改革实施环节.从而对OBE教育模式下统计学课程教学改革进行不断总结和完善,提高教学效果并获得更好的教学评价,为学生将来走上工作岗位打下坚实的基础.
