在艺术学理论研究领域,现代主义运动之后,方法论研究愈发受到学界重视。近年来在音乐学研究中,社会学方法和文化研究方法的介入,“新音乐学”运动的兴起,都为音乐学理论研究注入新的研究范式。文章探讨英国艺术理论家克莱夫·贝尔提出的“有意味的形式”理论在流行音乐中的运用,初步论证其适用性和不足之处,以期引发艺术理论研究者对音乐研究方法论的深入思考。
In the field of art theory and modernism, the research on methodology is receiving more and more attention from scholars. In recent years, in the field of musicology, the intervention of sociological methods and cultural research methods and the rise of “new musicology” have all injected new paradigms into the study of musical theory. The article explores the application of “Intentional Form ” theory put forward by Clive Bell, a British art theorist, to demonstrate the applicability and inadequacies of the theory in popular music in order to arouse the attention of art theory researchers to the methodology of music research think deeply.
