长输管道(油、气、水、浆)在运行中有时会出现堵塞和泄漏故障,如冰冻、结蜡和清管球卡死引起的堵塞;管道腐蚀或分支管道上阀门误开引起的泄漏。如何迅速、准确地确定管道在运行中出现故障的位置,已引起了人们的日益关注。 通过用现代控制理论对管道流动问题进行分析,我系研究出通过建立管道数学模型来确定堵塞、泄漏位置的方法(如图所示)。整个实时监视系统,只需要安装在管道一端的两个
Long-distance pipelines (oil, gas, water, slurry) sometimes cause blockages and leaks during operation, such as blockage caused by freezing, waxing and pipe snagging; leaks caused by pipe corrosion or mis-opening of valves on branch pipelines . How to quickly and accurately determine the pipeline in the operation of the fault location has caused the people’s growing concern. Using modern control theory to analyze pipe flow problems, I developed a method to determine the location of blockages and leaks by building a mathematical model of the pipeline (as shown in the figure).
