目的:考察了贵州都匀产铁包金不同部位总黄酮含量的差异。方法:以乙醇作为回流提取溶剂提取铁包金中总黄酮。以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定铁包金中的总黄酮。结果:芦丁标准品溶液浓度在5~30μg·L-1与吸光度有良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.011 2X+0.041 9(r=0.999 1),平均加样回收率98.56%,精密度试验RSD值为0.279%,重复性试验RSD为0.634%,稳定性试验RSD 1.49%。以此方法测定,铁包金叶和茎部中黄酮含量分别为12.3%,1.42%,叶中总黄酮含量是茎部的的8.7倍。结论:贵州都匀产铁包金叶和茎部中黄酮含量存在较大差异,叶部位具有较大的药用开发价值和应用前景。
Objective: To investigate the difference of total flavonoids content in different parts of Duyun iron in Guizhou province. Methods: The total flavonoids in ferrules were extracted with ethanol as refluxing solvent. Rutin was used as reference substance, and the total flavonoids in ferrules were determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: The concentration of rutin standard solution was good linearity between 5 ~ 30μg · L-1 and absorbance, the regression equation was Y = 0.011 2X + 0.041 9 (r = 0.999 1), the average recovery was 98.56%, the precision The test RSD value was 0.279%, the repeatability test RSD was 0.634%, and the stability test RSD 1.49%. According to this method, the content of flavonoids in the leaves and stems of ferrules were 12.3% and 1.42%, respectively. The content of total flavonoids in leaves was 8.7 times that of stems. CONCLUSION: The content of flavonoids in the leaves and stems of the iron produced in Duyun of Guizhou is quite different. The leaf parts have great potential value for development and application.
