纳米金红石型二氧化钛是一种重要的新型无机功能材料,其制备及其应用在当代愈来愈受到重视.本文利用ZnCO3包覆Ti(OH)4沉淀,500℃预焙解,使ZnCO3转变为ZnO;Ti(OH)4转变为H2TiO3.然后溶去97wt%的包覆ZnO粉体,800℃焙烧,最终制得粒径约20~60nm的金红石型二氧化钛粉体.利用TEM、XRD、ICP对粉体粒子的形貌、大小、物相及化学组成进行了分析.
Nanometer rutile titanium dioxide is an important new inorganic functional material, its preparation and its application are more and more attention in the contemporary era. In this paper, Ti (OH) 4 was precipitated with ZnCO3 and pre-baked at 500 ℃ to convert ZnCO3 to ZnO. Ti (OH) 4 was transformed into H2TiO3. Then, the coated ZnO powder was dissolved in 97 wt% and calcined at 800 ° C to finally obtain a rutile titanium dioxide powder with a particle size of about 20 to 60 nm. The morphology, size, phase and chemical composition of the powders were analyzed by TEM, XRD and ICP.
