在开展修旧利废工作中,发现 X195柴油机正时齿轮室盖损坏很多,而且多在凸轮轴调整螺钉孔处,呈放射性裂纹。其原因主要是使用中安装调整不当。1.凸轮轴轴向间隙调整螺钉未锁紧。凸轮轴是向右旋转的,调整螺钉也是右旋螺纹,工作中,由于柴油机的振动及凸轮轴的轴向窜动,使凸轮轴轴端与螺钉尾部有可能接触。随着发动机凸轮轴的高速旋转,调整螺钉与凸轮轴端接触更紧,凸轮轴产生轴向力,
