Z148A造型机是大量生产时造上型用的。生产效率较高,机械化程度较完善,是较理想的造型机器。但由于有先天性的缺陷,致使在实际生产中没有发挥应有的作用。其主要问题是造型塌砂。针对这些问题,我们进行了一些改革,获得了一定成效,现将实践中的几点体会述后,供有关兄弟单位参考。 (一)原因分析塌砂现象如图1。左边为一个凹穴铸型,右边为一个吊砂铸型。图上所示有两种塌砂现象,而造成塌砂的原因是各有不同的。对于圆周塌砂,完全是机器反跳造成的。反跳,这是Z148A造型机在震实过程中最大缺点之一,尤其以漏板架最为严重。当放上砂箱后,砂箱就跟着反跳,砂箱的反跳造成了砂型的型砂隔
