目的探讨球海绵体肌对勃起功能的影响及在勃起机制中的作用。方法选用生殖期雄性大白鼠30只,随机分为切除球海绵体肌组(20只),切断双侧坐骨海绵体肌组(5只),非手术组(5只)。手术后1周选用育龄期雌性大白鼠30只,随机与上述三组一一配对饲养,观察2月,了解三组配对雌鼠受孕情况。结果切除球海绵体肌组,雄鼠死亡4只,雌鼠17只受孕,受孕率89.6%。切断双侧坐骨海绵体肌组,雄鼠死亡1只,雌鼠5只均未受孕,受孕率0。非手术组5只雌鼠均受孕,受孕率100%。切除球海绵体肌组与切断双侧坐骨海绵体肌组雌鼠受孕情况比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.001),与非手术组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论切除雄鼠球海绵体肌不会导致勃起功能障碍及不育,球海绵体肌在勃起机制中不起作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of ball-cavernous muscle on erectile function and its role in erectile mechanism. Methods Thirty male rats of reproductive age were randomly divided into excised corpus cavernosum group (20), bilateral ischial cavernous muscle group (5) and non-surgical group (5). One week after surgery, 30 female reproductive age females were randomly selected and matched with the above three groups one by one to observe the females’ pregnancy status in February. Results Excised ball sponge muscle group, male rats died 4, females 17 pregnant, pregnancy rate 89.6%. Cut off the bilateral ischial sponge muscle group, one males died, five females were not pregnant, pregnancy rate 0. Non-surgical group of 5 females were pregnant, pregnancy rate of 100%. There was a significant difference in the pregnancy status of the excised pelvis sponge muscle group and the bilateral sciatic muscle sponge group (P <0.001), which was not statistically significant compared with the non-operation group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Excision of the cavernous muscle of male rats does not lead to erectile dysfunction and infertility, and the ball of cavernosum does not play an important role in the erectile mechanism.
