Effects of histamine (His) and its receptor antagonist on the vasoconstriction of cerebrovascular vasoconstriction in experimental porcine cerebrovascular samples (basilar artery rings). His10 (-5) mol / L caused cerebral vasoconstriction up to the maximum tension (055 ± 0.14) g, but the maintenance time was shorter, followed by vasodilation. H1 receptor antagonist diphenhydramine and chlorpheniramine can antagonize the contraction of cerebral blood vessels by His and change the amount of His to the right parallel and the maximal response does not decrease. The PA2 values are 8.54 and 9.67, respectively. Simvastatin H2 antagonist, ranitidine can antagonize His vasodilator effect, so that the effect of a dose-effect curve to the left. The results showed that there are different His receptor subtypes in pig blood vessels, which are respectively involved in the regulation of blood vessel soothing in pigs.
