前言本研究用金相法及X射线衍射研究了Al-Ti合金的相组成,以及硅对Al-Ti合金组织的影响. Al-2~4%Ti合金,由Al-Ti平衡图可知,其组织为A1+Al_3Ti.在以铝热还原二氧化钛制取Al-Ti合金的情况下,二氧化钛是否充分还原而形成金属化合物Al_3 Ti,本研究作了一些探讨. 在工业纯铝中,杂质硅的含量为0.13~1.0%(特一号铝——三号铝,GB1196-75).因此,用工业纯铝炼制的Al-Ti合金,杂质硅是不可避免的.Al-Ti合金中存在的杂质硅,其分布形态以及对组织的影响是冶金工
Preface This study investigated the phase composition of Al-Ti alloy and the effect of Si on Al-Ti alloy structure by metallographic method and X-ray diffraction. The Al-2 ~ 4% Ti alloy, A1 + Al_3Ti.In the case of Al-Ti alloy prepared by aluminothermic reduction of titanium dioxide, whether titania is fully reduced to form metal compound Al_3Ti is discussed in this paper.In the industrial pure aluminum, the impurity silicon content is 0.13 ~ 1.0% (special aluminum - aluminum III, GB1196-75).
