目的研究抗菌药物使用预防剖宫产术后宫腔感染的作用,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择医院2012年6月-2013年6月剖宫产产妇256例,以剖宫产单、双排位分为两组,单数128例产妇为A组,术前1h给予抗菌药物预防性使用,术后继续应用24h,双数128例产妇于术后常规预防性使用抗菌药物,对两组产妇抗菌药物用量、成本、术后宫腔感染发生率进行比较,同时比较两组患者CRP、白细胞数、体温升高发生率,采用SPSS13.0处理。结果 A组CRP、白细胞数、体温升高发生率分别为4.69%、3.13%、3.13%;B组发生率分别为16.41%、14.84%、20.31%,A组发生率明显低于B组,A组预防性用药均使用头孢曲松,平均成本为12.8元,B组使头孢呋辛钠或头孢替唑,平均成本250元,A组成本明显低于B组,A组宫腔感染率为1.56%;B组感染率为13.28%,A组感染发生率明显低于B组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前1h预防性用药方案具有抗菌药物用量少、预防作用好的优点。

In group B, cefuroxime sodium or ceftezole was used, with an average cost of 250 yuan. The cost of group A was significantly lower than that of group B. The infection rate of group A was 1.56 %. The infection rate in group B was 13.28%. The infection rate in group A was significantly lower than that in group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Preoperative 1h prophylaxis has the advantages of less antimicrobial dosage and better preventive effect.
