聊城职业技术学院药学专业通过对山东省人才需求及医药行业从业人员分析,在多元主体背景下,构建了“知”“技”并重的梯度式工学交替人才培养模式,开发了基于工作过程和岗位能力的课程体系,并通过“政、行、校、企”多方联合,实现了教学环境与职业氛围对接,突出了高职教育的特色。
Based on the analysis of the talent demand in Shandong Province and the analysis of practitioners in the pharmaceutical industry, under the background of multiple subjects, this paper constructs a training model of alternating gradient engineering with equal emphasis on “knowledge” and “technology” Work process and post ability of the curriculum system, and through the “government, education, schools, enterprises ” multi-joint, to achieve the teaching environment and professional atmosphere butt, highlighting the characteristics of higher vocational education.
