氟塑料金属又称金属氟塑料,是一种新型的耐磨轴承材料。在无产阶级文化大革命的推动下,有关科研部门坚持独立自主、自力更生的方针,在较短时间内试制成功。这种材料是用氢气保护炉将直径0.1毫米左右的铜球烧结在钢底板上,成为1~2毫米厚的海绵状结构,然后真空浸渍聚四氟乙烯和铅的混合物而制得。它的耐温范围-200~+280℃,承载力高,具有优良的摩擦—磨损特性。我们将这种材料用来制作增频潜油电机的止推轴承,取得了良好的效果。现将有关情况简单作一介绍。 1.增频潜油电机止推轴承的工作参数
