目的考察健脑益智胶囊水提部位的醇沉工艺条件。方法以药液浓度、醇沉浓度和醇沉时间为考察因素,采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计,响应面分析法,以葛根素转移率为评价指标,确定醇沉的最佳工艺条件。结果最佳工艺条件为:药液浓度为0.72 g/mL,醇沉浓度为60%,醇沉时间为36 h,葛根素转移率可达到99%以上。结论采用醇沉工艺精制健脑益智胶囊水提液部分,具有较好的可行性和有效性,可节约成本并提高产品质量。
Objective To investigate the alcohol sedimentation conditions of Jiannao Yizhi capsule water extraction site. Methods The concentration of liquid, the concentration of alcohol and the time of alcohol precipitation were taken as the factors to study. The optimal combination of alcohol and sink was determined by Box-Behnken central composite design, response surface analysis and puerarin transfer rate. Results The optimum conditions were as follows: liquid concentration of 0.72 g / mL, alcohol concentration of 60%, alcohol precipitation time of 36 h and puerarin transfer rate of 99%. Conclusion Alcohol precipitation technology refined part of Jiannaoyizhi capsule water extract has good feasibility and effectiveness, which can save costs and improve product quality.
