我院自1990年4月～1996年5月采用经皮输精管插管精囊滴药法治疗精囊腺炎12例，均在短期内治愈。报告如下。1临床资料精囊腺炎12例均有1～3年的血糖史，部分病人有道精史，不育4例，常规治疗无效。12例均行精液培养和药物敏感试验，金黄色葡萄球菌7例，大肠杆菌3例，腐生杆菌2例
