Fe-Ni-Co系的无碳马氏体时效钢,具有良好的热硬性、韧性和耐热性,且在工作温度范围内容积变化小,适用于压铸黄铜的模具。试验研究所用的钢种成份如表。用碱性高频感应炉熔化钢水,然后浇成10公斤重钢锭。钢锭在950°~1100℃时轧成方料(14×14mm)和棒料(φ16mm):把棒料做成计算长度为70mm(φ4mm)的试样用来测定强度和塑性;冲击韧性用标准试样进行。试验前试样先经高温强化处理,之后在500℃下时效。
