采用正交设计法研究铝光亮阳极氧化工艺,优选出硫酸加R添加剂的最佳配方,讨论了电流密度和温度对光亮度的影响。通过电压——时间曲线,氧化膜厚度的测定,扫描电镜,x-射线衍射等方法研究了R添加剂的影响。
The orthogonal design method was used to study the bright anodic oxidation process of aluminum. The optimal formulation of sulfuric acid and R additive was optimized. The effects of current density and temperature on the brightness were discussed. The effects of R additive were studied by means of voltage-time curve, determination of oxide film thickness, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.
