笔者自1990年1月～1997年1月用中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡(PU)56例,疗效满意,报告如下。 1 临床资料 本组男41例,女15例,男女之比为3.4:1;年龄最大者63岁,最小者18岁,平均年龄41岁,其中18～40岁者46例,占82％。病史在1个月～10年之间,其典型症状为周期性、节律性上腹痛,且疼痛与饮食有关,呈持续性隐痛、胀痛或刺痛。职业分布:干部14例,工人22例,农民17例,学生3例。56例均经胃镜和病理检查确诊为消化性溃疡活动期,其中十二指肠球部溃疡(DU)31例,胃溃疡(CU)17例,复合性溃疡8例。X线检查可有激惹、变形或龛影溃 The author from January 1990 to January 1997 with integrative treatment of peptic ulcer (PU) 56 cases, the effect is satisfactory, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 41 males and 15 females, male to female ratio of 3.4: 1; the oldest 63-year-old, the smallest 18-year-old, mean age 41 years, of which 46 cases of 18 to 40 years old, accounting for 82%.
