目的了解武汉地区水产品中副溶血性弧菌的分子特征,为防止副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病提供基础数据。方法采用PCR的方法,对武汉市2008年-2013年从水产品中分离的64株副溶血性弧菌进行了耐热性溶血毒素基因tdh、耐热性溶血毒素相关溶血素基因trh、不耐热溶血素基因tlh、毒力表达基因toxR和大流行株O3:K6特征基因片段orf8进行检测,并进行统计分析。结果在64株副溶血性弧菌中,tdh、trh基因的阳性率为14.06%和4.69%,orf8基因的阳性率为7.81%,而toxR和tlh基因的阳性率为100.00%。结论 tlh和toxR基因可作为副溶血性弧菌的快速初筛和辅助鉴定手段。武汉地区水产品中副溶血性弧菌tdh,orf8阳性率较高,建议卫生监督部门加强水产品监管,提防公共卫生事件的发生。
Objective To understand the molecular characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products in Wuhan and provide basic data for preventing food borne diseases caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Methods Sixty-four Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from aquatic products in Wuhan from 2008 to 2013 were treated with heat-tolerant hemolysin gene tdh, heat-tolerant hemolysin-related hemolysin gene trh, and impatient The hemolysin gene tlh, the virulence gene toxR and the pandemic strain O3: K6 characteristic gene fragment orf8 were detected and analyzed statistically. Results The positive rate of tdh, trh was 14.06% and 4.69%, the positive rate of orf8 was 7.81% and the positive rate of toxR and tlh was 100.00% in 64 Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Conclusion The tlh and toxR genes can be used as rapid screening and auxiliary identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
