In 1981, 7 million children under the age of 6 in the United States and 15 million young people aged 6 to 16 were injured. The first cause of infant mortality in the United States is various types of injuries. This article uses the Random-Digit-Dialing Telephone Sampling to investigate groups of children under 14 years of age in San Diego, California, with a focus on childcare. In the survey, 1,595 people were seriously answered, 374 refused to reply, and 8 people did not continue their cooperation during the inquiry. Results: 1. Characteristics of Households 91.5% claim to be the primary caregivers of children, of whom about 1% are relatives of children, 86% are mothers and 9% are fathers.
