解放军体育学院设计了一套新的陆军体育训练方案。方案除将原100米障碍跑改为400米,加强器械体操的力量练习外,还增加了擒拿格斗等项目。这套训练方案既能锻炼战士的速度、灵活性、爆发力和耐久力,提高身体素质,又可以培养战士的勇敢不怕苦精神,更符合战斗需要。本文仅就参加试点训练的某部战士训练前后某些生理指标的变化,对新方案的训练效果进行初步评价。
People’s Liberation Army Sports Institute designed a new set of Army sports training program.
