Johnson Matthey Process Technologies公司开发了一种新的FCC助剂Lo-Coker,这是首个针对减少碳差设计的FCC助剂,约可减少碳差10%。该助剂具有捕获金属的能力,其基质可促进康氏残炭(CCR)含量高的原料预裂化,其孔结构有助于改善汽提效果,不仅能减少碳差,也能减少氢气和干气产率。上述效果已经ACE中试装置验证,试验所用基准催化剂与Lo-Coker助剂的比例为90∶10。
Johnson Matthey Process Technologies has developed Lo-Coker, the new FCC arsenal, the first FCC additive to reduce the carbon footprint and reduce carbon detractions by about 10%. The additive has the ability to capture metals with a matrix that promotes pre-cracking of raw materials with high Conradson Carbon (CCR) content. Its pore structure helps to improve the stripping effect by not only reducing carbon differences but also reducing hydrogen and dry Gas production rate. The above effects have been validated by the ACE pilot plant, which used a 90:10 base catalyst and Lo-Coker adjuvant.
